Blank Spaces is operated by Ecstasis LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why.
We don't track you
Blank does not monitor your app usage, build a profile about you, or use third-party analytics to track personal behavior. What you do in Blank stays on your device.
We will never sell your data. We will never share your personal information beyond what's described below.
What we collect (only when you choose)
Referrals. If you opt into our referral program via the "Add Friends" screen, we store an anonymous user identifier so we can attribute and reward your referrals.
Feedback. If you submit feedback or support messages, we store your responses to improve Blank. Submissions may appear on our public feedback page at feed.blankspaces.app. Opt-in only.
Subscriptions & payments. When you purchase a subscription, a third-party payment provider processes the transaction and acts as merchant of record. We receive a transaction record (subscription status, amount, country) but never see or store your card details. Apple processes in-app purchases under its own policy.
Legal basis for processing
Contract (subscriptions and payments); consent (referrals and feedback); legitimate interest (responding to support).
How long we keep it
Subscription records: as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Referral and feedback data: until you request deletion.
International transfers
Blank Spaces serves users globally. Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions where we and our service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual safeguards where required.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email [email protected] . Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA), and similar jurisdictions have these rights by law.
Children
Blank is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
